Abstract | Two folded peptides featuring carboxamide and sulfonamide at the core of the peptide fold have been shown to possess almost similar conformational features, despite the well-known fact that carboxamides and sulfonamides have strikingly different hydrogen-bonding and geometrical preferences. |
